Admission Procedure

A candidate seeking admission in the college is required to fulfill the following requirements :
To fill in all the particulars on the prescribed admission form appended in the prospectus in his/her own hand writing. Incomplete form will be rejected.
To affix one latest passport size photograph at the specified space in the admission form. Student must carry two extra passport size photographs at the time of admission.
To attach the following certificates/documents with the admission form :
  i) Detailed mark sheet of previous class.
  ii) Attested copy of SC/ST Certificate, if applicable.
  iii) Migration certificate.
  iv) Gap year affidavit, if required.
The admission of reappear students will be provisional. The reappear should be clear before the declaration of second semester result with required percentage as per University norms.
Eligibility, admission criteria or any other condition mentioned here in or otherwise for admission to any programme is subject to change as prescribed by the university.

Note 1 : Original Documents will be sent to the University for verification as per norms. So it is required to submit the original documents along with the form.
Note 2 : Refund of fee on cancellation of admission will be allowed only if cancellation request is received from the student within one month of admission failiing which no refund of fee will be made. The amount will be refunded till 31st December 2021. The college will deduct 10% of the college fee.

Note : The rules of admission are framed according to the guidelines of the AICTE / Punjabi University Patiala . The students are required to comply with these rules laid down from time to time by the authorities. Any decision by the University or Govt will be considered valid and mandatory.
